See the change you want to be.

We focus on the human element, modeling the core competencies that we teach – respectful communication, active listening, open-mindedness, and solution-orientation – on every engagement. Over the years, we’ve noted that smaller enterprises tend to function organically and often need structure and focus to get to the next level. On the other hand, larger enterprises can get bogged down in bureaucracy and often need to renew core values and re-energize passion to boost performance.

We meet our clients where they are, bringing our experience and proven tools to help them be the change they want to see in their organizations and in the world.

About Anne

The SeeChange methodology is based on the integration of the two sides of myself – head and heart, science and art.

My roots as a systems analyst, improving processes and applying technology to transform government and corporations, ground me. But my training and experience in the human element gives me the edge. Applying my Star Model, I help leaders and groups see the whole picture of what makes them tick and tap into their full potential.

But change starts with me. I have to be open to new ideas and perspectives if I am to best serve my clients and the world.

In 2010 I put myself to the test: I took a break from consulting and joined the Peace Corps. Serving for two years in ejido subsistence farm communities of central Mexico, I was a fish out of water. I had to let go of my change agent expectations - the head side - and allow myself to be and learn.

And I bring those lessons to you. Allow me to support you and your team as you ponder what is possible.

About You

SeeChange clients are government, non-profit and for-profit leaders who must juggle and balance all the complex, critical, and interconnected elements of organization.  They have business goals to meet. And they realize their people are their most important asset.

These leaders and bold and bright, strategic and compassionate. They know it takes strong teams to execute stellar plans – and are willing to look at themselves as the key to their organization’s change success.
