Ongoing Yoga Classes

“There’s no problem in the world that can’t be solved by yoga.”
Sounds like hyperbole? It’s not. Yoga was instrumental in healing my crooked scoliosis spine and in helping me avoid the surgeon’s scalpel. My classes integrate the alignment of Iyangar and flow of Vinyasa for a stabilizing and sustainable practice. I teach you how to open the places of tightness and strengthen the places of weakness, discovering power and presence in your body.
Open to all levels, any body.
