SeeChange is a certified small, woman-owned firm with big ideas and a rich, diverse network of consultants and trainers. All SeeChange affiliates are senior, seasoned practitioners with extensive experience in change management, facilitation, coaching, teambuilding, and project management. While our team members have specialties, by skill or industry, we all share an important common quality - passion for the work we do in helping organizations and individuals be all they can be.

Anne Pellicciotto, MS, Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute, 2000, is president of SeeChange Consulting, Inc. She leverages 20 years’ consulting experience, 10 of those running her own company, to help organizations through all kinds of change - shifts in strategy, restructuring and reorganization, capacity-building, process improvement, leadership transitions, and adoption of new technology. She specializes in capacity development for non-profit boards and institutions, employing her SeeChange Effectiveness training courses and collaborative approaches to teach people, process, and change management. In addition, she brings 12 years of experience in the information technology sector, as a project manager and senior analyst, assessing and improving business processes, and incorporating her change approaches into technology transformation projects to ensure return on investment.

As a speaker, trainer, coach and teacher on leadership and change, Ms. Pellicciotto helps motivate her clients to embrace change to improve their lives both professionally and personally. Her clients range across the Government, Non-Profit and Corporate sectors and include Conservation International, The World Bank, Circuit, British Telecomm, CSC, Department of Energy, World Resources Institute, and the Library of Congress. Anne took a sabbatical from SeeChange in 2005 to travel and live in Brazil, testing the waters of her own change and teach English in an underserved fishing community. There she discovered first-hand both the challenges and rewards of change, and the learning that comes in the process. Andy Promisel,
Senior Transformation  Consultant

Mr. Promisel has over 20 years experience in information technology services.  While analysis, design, and architecture form the basis of his diverse skill set, people management and communication have paved the road to his success.  He has spent his career solving complex business problems for customers using information technology.  His specialty over the latest phase of his career has been defining, refining and implementing software development methodologies that optimize value for business clients and job satisfaction for technology teams.  He has done this in numerous ways, from designing retail websites to supporting multi-billion dollar financial applications to consulting on development methodology transitioning.

In 2008, Mr. Promisel joined forces with SeeChange to lead projects focused on IT organizational and software development process streamlining.  He brings his many years of IT consulting experience and focused expertise on Agile techniques to help improve the effectiveness of IT shops and the projects they support. He conducts assessments and coaches leaders as to changes they need to make; he advocates collaborative approaches to bridge the gap between the users and technology; and he employs his project management experience to help define plans and team with clients to see them through.  He brings many years of business process analysis experience, in government and banking, to help organization ensure technology and processes are in sync and the solutions are working for the business users.


Karen Bridget,
Senior Transformation Consultant

Karen has over 17 years of experience working in IT and marketing for large fortune 500 clients in both the US and around the globe.  Throughout Karen’s career she has performed functions ranging from business requirement definition, business process re-engineering, project and program management and marketing strategy work.   She worked for over 10 years at American Management Systems (now know as CGI) as a senior consultant in the government and telecommunications sectors.   She also spent a number of years in the document management space for the pharmaceutical industry to facilitate drug trial results imaging and storage.  Since 2004 Karen has been working as a freelance consultant for firms such as Verisign, First Data and Fannie Mae.   She is excited to be joining forces with See Change Consulting to leverage her experience to help companies transform their business.   Karen has a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon in Business and Technology and a BBA from James Madison University.  In her spare time, she is on the board of a local non-profit that helps foster local businesses and improve the esthetics of her local neighborhood Main Street.  She also enjoys traveling, cycling and spending time with her 10 month old daughter.

 
Laura Gramling,
Organization Development Consultant

Laura Gramling is a strategic change consultant who helps make organizational change practical and meaningful at the individual, group and organization-wide levels. Over the past 10 years, her consulting practice has focused on providing capacity building in the areas of organizational assessments, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation and meeting design, leadership development and coaching.    Clients include:  American Red Cross, AmericaSpeaks, Center for Women’s Business Research, Clinton Global Initiative, Conservation International, DC Government – various agencies, Sustainable Business Network of Washington, US Department of Justice, and the World Bank.  Laura has a master’s degree in organization development from the American University/NTL Institute program.   She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.  Currently, she is on faculty of the Georgetown University’s OD Certificate Program and teaches the Foundations in OD course.  Laura is the Immediate Past President for the Chesapeake Bay OD Network, a member of the National OD Network and is the Board President of a new community non-profit, Shaw Together. 

Jane Pellicciotto,
Graphic Designer,
President, Allegro


Jane has over 15 years experience as a graphic designer developing effective communications materials for a variety of clients including corporate, non-profit and governmental organizations. Her philosophy is to develop communications that are not only visually excellent but also strategically targeted. Her attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects and deliver creative solutions on tight budgets serve her clients well. Jane has developed all types of print media like logo/identity work, annual reports, informational design pieces, promotional materials and other collateral for organizations like the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Democratic Institute, International City/County Management Association, Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital and many others. Jane developed the identity for SeeChange Consulting and designed the website, both the visual design and the navigational structure. She also teaches graphic design at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Her work can be found at www.allegro-design.com.
